Using Purrbi

Before creating or signing in to an account, read the Privacy policy and Data collection notice, agree to these terms, and separately review and acknowledge the Health disclaimer. You confirm that you are at least 18 and in the United States. If you do not agree, do not continue using the service. You may read all policy documents without an account and later from the Pets tab under Policies & health disclaimer. Purrbi is offered for personal, lawful use in the United States.

Provide accurate information, keep credentials private and use only accounts and pet profiles you are authorized to manage. Do not upload unnecessary personal information. You are responsible for keeping the selected pet profile current and comparing the result with the product and package actually in your possession.

What a fit suggestion means

Purrbi's circle, color, finding or recommendation expresses a limited interpretation of available product-label evidence against supported details in the selected saved pet profile. It is not a general good/bad product rating, a health score, a clinical assessment, a probability of safety or a certification that a product is ideal for your animal. A profile conflict may not apply to another pet or a different formulation.

Current comparisons cover source-reported species, supported life-stage declarations, product role and exact listed sensitivity/avoid-ingredient matches, with source-quality, date, offline and recall limitations. Breed, numeric age and weight are recorded but are not used to assess breed-specific nutrition or prescribe a feeding amount. Purrbi does not evaluate every health condition, ingredient synonym, cross-contact risk, contaminant or interaction.

A main-food suggestion interprets an attributed nutritional-adequacy declaration. It does not mean Purrbi independently tested the food or verified every nutrient. Ingredients and their order alone do not establish overall nutritional quality. Comparison products are other labels to examine, not proof of superior health outcomes.

Use veterinary advice for feeding decisions

Consult a qualified veterinarian before relying on a Purrbi suggestion to start or change a diet, particularly for a young, senior, pregnant or nursing pet, a diagnosed condition, a suspected allergy or a restricted diet. Do not replace veterinary instructions, diagnosis, treatment or a prescribed diet with an app result.

Purrbi does not create a veterinarian-client-patient relationship. If your pet is unwell or you suspect poisoning or another emergency, seek prompt veterinary help; do not wait for a scan or an issue-report response. Package directions are displayed as source information, not a personalized prescription.

AI, sources and recall limits

AI-generated content is identified as such. It can be incomplete, outdated or wrong, including when it cites a real source. A general AI product summary is not a personalized veterinary opinion. Rule-based fit checks do not become more certain because AI uses confident language. Verify material facts with the current package, linked original sources, the manufacturer and your veterinarian.

New product lookups in this revision use selected Open Pet Food Facts text records. Earlier saved reports retain their original manufacturer, merchant, public-record or AI-assisted evidence; those historical reports are not newly checked or newly licensed. Source links identify where facts were obtained, not an endorsement of Purrbi. Purrbi is not affiliated with or endorsed by Open Pet Food Facts, FDA, AAFCO, WSAVA or a manufacturer merely because their information is referenced.

Recall coverage is limited and dated. A brand notice does not establish that your particular product or lot is affected; an exact or possible product notice still requires comparison of lot, date, region and current official instructions. No notice found is not clearance that a product is recall-free or safe. Saved and offline reports do not continuously monitor a package or update its original snapshot.

Acceptable use and source rights

Do not interfere with service security, bypass access controls or usage limits, submit unlawful or abusive content, access another person's records, or misrepresent a Purrbi finding as an official approval, veterinary diagnosis or universal condemnation of a product.

Purrbi's software and branding and third-party product names, materials and source content remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. Access to a result does not transfer ownership. Follow source attribution and reuse requirements when sharing information; do not remove context that materially changes a result's meaning.

Open Pet Food Facts contributor data is offered under ODbL 1.0 for the database and DbCL 1.0 for its contents. Those licences govern reuse of that source-data component, including any applicable commercial reuse and sharing rights; the personal-use terms for the Purrbi service do not restrict rights granted by those licences. Newly admitted source records provide Copy source facts and a versioned transformation method, available in saved offline reports. This does not license unrelated materials, images, Purrbi branding or private account/profile records.

Availability, errors and your rights

Purrbi may be unavailable or limited by missing product data, connectivity, service allowances or provider failures. We do not promise a result for every barcode, a continuously current recall check, or a particular health outcome. Report incorrect, unsafe or inappropriate content using Report an issue on the result, or email contact@valenciainnovations.com. Reports do not provide emergency veterinary support.

You may stop using Purrbi and request account deletion as described in the privacy policy. Reasonable access restrictions may be applied to protect the service or respond to misuse. This version has no paid subscription or payment terms; any future paid offering would require separate, clear terms before purchase.

These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Updates and contact

This revision applies when released with Purrbi. Material changes will be identified with an updated revision and appropriate notice or acknowledgment where required. A future feature is not part of this agreement merely because it is planned.
